Here's a brand new August 2009 interview with one of the great voices in melodic hard rock - Paul Shortino. For over 25 years, Paul's been the voice behind many classic bands of the genre, including Rough Cutt, Quiet Riot, and his own Shortino band. Paul's got a great new disc out called "Chasing My Dream," which we talk about in detail here. Other topics include Paul's other current projects - including working with a certain Ron Keel, as well as an acoustic/percussion based album in Brazil that Paul will be a part of. Also, we discuss some of Paul's past projects, including the aforementioned Quiet Riot. Paul says the 1988 self-titled QR album he sang on will get a re-release, and he is considering getting the "QR" era members together for another go-round.
