Here's a brand new August 2009 interview with Chris Alburger and Bob Richardson of the Pennsylvania band Hybrid Ice. No stranger to PA audiences, Hybrid Ice has brought their electrifying mix of covers and originals to the masses for over 30 years. They've just released a brand new record called "Mind's Eye" - their third overall studio effort. The band released two independent records back in the mid 1980's, and got ever so close to that big time deal, but just missed - we chat about that in the interview. Other topics include a bit about the band's history, their eventual breakup and reformation, and of course the new CD. Fact: Hybrid Ice had a song ("Magdelene") off of their first album recorded by Boston on 1994 - we discuss Hybrid Ice's feelings on that as well.
